Cleaning house

Yay me! I have finally worked out a schedule to keep my house sparkling clean. I'm a horrible house cleaner but I have finally worked out a system to keep my house clean (well at least picked up lol). Keegan has started doing chores which has worked out wonderfully. He now makes his bed every day, picks up his shoes and dirty clothes every night, and picks up all his toys before bed. It was a fight at first but with the prize box to motivate him it has come to be a habit. I don't even have to tell him to make his bed any more he tells me. He can also do it completely by himself. Which is a big accomplishment seeing as he is only 3 1/2! It's not always pretty but it is done.


We also have started recycling. Only our plastic and glass so far but you have to start somewhere right?


I know it's not a lot but I am proud of the accomplishments of April. I'm really excited about what we can do with May!
